Scotland is a very beautiful country in the northwest of Europe. It occupies one third region of island of Great Britain. This country is a part of United Kingdom and it shares its border with England in the south and is surrounded by the North Sea in the east, Atlantic Ocean to the north and west and North Channel and Irish Sea to the south west.

Scotland has over 790 islands which include Northern Isles and Hebrides. The amazing city of Edinburg is the capital of Scotland and the largest city of this country is Glasgow. This country is mostly covered by exotic islands and enthralling highlands. Thousands of tourists visit this wonderful country from all around the world every year.

Scotland has numerous tourist attractions and the cost of living in this country is higher than that of other countries. This beautiful land has extremely wealthy towns and villages. The country side of this mesmerizing country is very wild and lovely. It has raw mountain peaks deep glassy lakes. The climate of this country has wide variation and is mostly unpredictable.
